ProcureAI is a browser-based procurement management tool designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It is operated by Thabiso Phale ("we", "us", "our"), based in Botswana. The Service is accessible at app.procure-flow.net.
All procurement data you enter (suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, etc.) is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your business to use this Service.
The Service is available under three plans:

Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
Paid plans are activated via manual payment. The process is:
There is no automated recurring billing. For monthly plans, renewal payment is your responsibility. We will send a renewal reminder 7 days before your license expires.
Because license keys are delivered digitally and activated immediately, we do not offer refunds once a key has been issued and confirmed received. If there is a technical issue with your key, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
If payment is received but a key is not delivered within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

AI-powered features (supplier scouting, risk assessment, invoice analysis, spend insights) are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI and may contain errors or omissions.
You are solely responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI output. AI responses should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional advice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All procurement data you enter into ProcureAI is stored in your browser's localStorage. We do not back up this data. You are responsible for your own data backups using the app's export functions.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProcureAI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.
